My name is Lisabelle Boudreau. As the owner of Red Key Property Mgt, I bring my passion for all things real estate to every property and maximize its potential. Both as an investment property owner and realtor, I bring a professional understanding of the market for my investor clients.
From the very beginning we treat your property as if it was one of our own rentals. We have built a winning strategy managing our properties and have successfully brought our systems to our clients. From market research to multiple platform advertising, we ensure your property is living up to its potential. Through our tenant placement and maintenance standards we keep your property at its prime. We utilize modern platforms and a collaborative approach to maximize the efficiency of our property managers ensuring both clients and tenants feel heard in a timely manner while delivering professional services in English and French.
The Red Key Property Mgt portfolio has grown quickly through a commitment to providing the best personal service. This quality performance has led us to a Superhost status on AirBnB for our short-term properties. We have taken over unrented long-term properties that were underperforming (in some cases the owner was considering selling as a way out) and turned them into profitable investments. Whatever property type (multi-family, condo, single-unit, or get away cottage in the woods) we have the experience and the know-how to put everything together.
